Cant login to rosetube

I have deleted the Rose tube twice as well as disconnect the power but still the same.
Rose tube version is now 5 9 10 61
I can RoseRadio, Rose FM, music HD file
Please help.

Resetting the unit/unistalling/installing the Rose tube but still the same.

Sorry, we haven’t restored the previously deployed Rosetube on your device. We’ve done that, so restarting your device should restore normal Rosetube playback.
