My Rosetube can’t work on the last 2 days,too bad it is X’mas holiday. I have reset my 201 but can’t login Roseyube as always saying wrong password but I have reset and make new password twice. please help
Please let us know the email address you used for your ROSE account. I will send a temporary password to that email address.
Please note that password changes can only be made through the RoseConnect app.
You can set a new password by going to:
RoseConnect app → Settings → My Page → Edit → Change Password

It’s a bit strange with my Rose 201. It is normal for a long while without any problem until lately.
Either my iPhone and 201 shows the Rosetube contents but they just can’t play the video. It always saying it has an error, please try later.

Once I connected my 201 by sharing the wifi from my iPhone then it can play Rosetube video but then I can’t control the 201.
So I’m so confused ! If I run my 201 by using my home wifi (always in the past) it just can’t play. (Rose FM has no problem)
I have deleted the Rosetube Apps and reinstalled again already.
Now I can connect my iPhone to turn on the 201, with Rosetube shows on my phone and the 201 screen but it just can’t play.
Either the circle keep moving or saying :could not play due to temporary error.please try again later !

Password changes can only be done through the RoseConnect app, not through the web.

I have no problem by connect the rose 201 with Rose HiFi Apps but the Roseconnect just not working even though I type in the 168.xxxxxx
As I said,if I connect my Rose 201 by using the hot spot from iphone then it can play rosetube.however then I lost the connection control from Rose HiFi apps

What about the HUM noise situation ? Is the problem solved?
A very slight noise can occur due to the flow of electrical power.
However, if the humming noise is noticeably loud, it may indicate a defective transformer and could require service or repair.
Please contact the distributor in your country so they can check whether the unit is operating normally.
Hi there, have not playing Rosetube for 2 weeks and cannot play again.
I wonder why it happened ? I have reset to original factory setting but still the same.

Please restart your device by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in,
then check if it plays correctly.
If the issue persists, please let us know the RoseTube version shown in RoseStore.

it happened exactly same as last time.
I’m not hesitate to buy the RS451 as Rosetube is very important to me.
Please help us by checking a few additional points:
- If you go to the Rose Store on your ROSE device, uninstall ROSETube, and then reinstall it, does the same issue still occur?
- Besides ROSETube, do other music streaming apps on your ROSE device play normally?
