I’m able to cast the music video playing when using rose tube through my RS151, would also be nice to be able to do that when streaming music, so album art, and music info such as bitrate would be showing on my tv.

When connected to a TV, music track information is also displayed as shown in the photo below during audio playback.

For this to work, does the TV icon need to be turn on?
Or with TV icon = OFF: will It work just by connecting the RS130 HRMI cable directly to TV (or to a preamp which, in turn, is connected directly to TV)?

You can leave the rest of the settings as they are and simply connect the HDMI Out on the back of the unit to the HDMI In on your TV using an HDMI cable.
Audio output will remain as it is, and only the Rose playback screen will be displayed on the TV.
