Hello, when I select “cloud” under music, I’m prompted to install the cloud app from the Rose Store. But there’s no cloud app to be found there. Regards
The issue has now been resolved, and the Cloud app is available in the RoseStore. Please reboot your Rose device and install the Cloud app from the RoseStore.
Have rose cloud in the rose store. it says to down load but when i initiate the download it never installs. can you advise
Please provide the 1. Model, 2. ROSE ID, and 3. System Version from the Settings > System Info menu. We will get back to you with feedback after checking the details.
Here’s the specs, should have provided earlier, but im new to this stuff…

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. While the feature is correctly installed on the RS250A, there appears to be a checking error within the App. We will address this in the next App release. In the meantime, the device is functioning normally, so you may continue to use it without concern.
