I just purchased the Rose RS250A, I inserted the batteries into the remote control, but nothing happens…if I push the buttons nothing happens…I would like to use the remote control for the Rose without having to get up from the sofa every time but the remote control It’s paralyzed… I guess I need to set it up?

- RS250a remote control must be used through Bluetooth connection. Did you make a Bluetooth connection?
