We have checked your Rose device remotely and found an area where an error is occurring.
To help us investigate further, could you please send us three specific music files that we suspect may be related to the issue, to the email address below?

After checking all the files you sent, we found that they are not valid audio files.
We suspect that the files which were not scanned on your device may be the same type as these files.
Could you please try playing the files you sent on your PC as well?
They will most likely not play on the PC either. Because of this, it seems that an error occurs when the ROSE device tries to read these files, which causes them to be excluded during the scanning process.
