Connexion problem with Qobuz

I’ve resubscribed to Qobuz. It works fine on my PC, but not with my RS150.
When I select Qobuz on RS150 touchscreen, it offers the option to log in via Google or Facebook, but I can’t select either. A spinning circle just keeps appearing on the screen, and there’s no response to any touch input!
I should mention that it worked perfectly with my previous subscription.

Try signing in using the Rose app on your phone or PC. Embedded browser sign-in on the device is broken.

When you write “browser sign-in on the device is broken”. Is it final or will there have a solution to solve this problem ?
Browser on my RS150 is working when I listen radio station !
When you write “Try signing in using the Rose app on your phone or PC”, can you detail me how to do ? Must I use a particular app ? Thank you for your help.

We’re currently reviewing changes to the browser used in the Qobuz app. Please do not log in directly from your device. Instead, please log in using the ROSE Connect app on your smartphone. This will be more convenient than logging in directly from your device.

.1. Download the ROSE CONNECT PREMIUM app from the App Store to your phone or iPad.

2.Install the app and log in.

3.In the SETTINGS tab, open ROSE STORE. In the list that appears, find the QOBUZ app and download it.

4.Open the QOBUZ app, which will appear in the bottom task bar.

5.Log in to your QOBUZ account by entering your email address and password.

6.Enjoy the sound of Qobuz.

As Rose says above, they are working on it. When it will be fixed is anyone’s guess.

In the meanwhile, yes use Rose Connect. Login from the app works and the device will pick it up.
