Hi. Can you help me. I need correct settings for pre-out level settings for esoteric f-05. With setting should I use?

Just set it to a level of your listening. So the amp is working at around 70% of its power at your listening volume.
I know what settings you meant.
I spoke about this with a few brands and they all say basically the same.
Turn volume to 70%. If this is too soft for a normal listing. Turn the voltage up. If it loud turn it down.

Put some effort in it. Take change 
You should try asking Esoteric as they have not published the input sensitivity for F-05 on their web page. But the outputs seem to be 1v, so try 500mv first and see if it allows you to get full volume when you turn the volume to 100% on the Esoteric. If that is too quiet, try 1000mv and that should probably work best.
