Creating Rose Account

I have tried to set up a Rose account through RoseHome on my 150B. I cannot. It wants a nickname and insists that I make a duplicate. I don’t know if I have a nickname set up. If so, I don’t know what it is. Thanks.

Rose device–>Settings–>User Account–>Log in–>Sign up
If the account is not created, it may be a duplicate email or nickname. You can only write once, so please write carefully.

I still don’t know how to get this to work. It does not acknowledge any nickname I use. It says it wants a duplicate. Is that correct, or do I need to set it up to a new name with no duplicate? Should I do a factory reset? Would that help?

If your nickname is duplicated, set it to a different nickname and click Check Duplicate.

Well the instructions had me confused. I read them to say that a duplicate nickname was required. That didn’t make any sense but I would confirm that the nickname existed and couldn’t create the account. Finally, I found a nickname that was not “a duplicate” and managed to sign in.
