Today my Malwarebytes software reported the HIFi Rose website as unsafe. Why is it doing this?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The HiFi Rose website is safe. It seems that there is something that Malwarebytes software and our server IP do not match.
If there is no major problem in use, you can use it.
Thank you
I would add that Norton Security on Windows 11 also flags the site as dangerous, but one can choose to go there anyway- but it will stop you again the next time etc. …On my Android phone from Verizon, Trend Micro won’t allow me to brose to the site. And finally, while at the Ford Dealer on their Wi-Fi network, their security sw flagged and blacklisted the site so I also could not visit from there either.
I guess we all need to report the site as a “Safe Site” in our various security sw…hopefully the site admins can work on resolution too…like checking the Security Certificates for the site are current etc.
I would have thought this is basic stuff for hifi rose to sort out as it just doesn’t look good.
All they can do is complain to Norton et al… These things (especially not quite very good products like Norton) throw false positives all the time.
I get the same warning with Bitdefender. I just ignore it but it should be fixed
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We checked our server once again.
Server-side SSL certificates are all normal, so there is nothing we can do about it.
If we know why Noton and Botdefender are blocking our site, we can do something about it, but it hasn’t been disclosed to us yet.
Thank you
I tried to submit the site as safe on Norton Safe Web:
Submit a website to Norton Safe Web

I need to submit a website for evaluation or review
- Go to Norton Submission Portal.
- Enter the URL/website for review and click on Submit.
- Enter your suggested website classification.
- Add the description of your request.
- Click Submit. You can verify the website rating status change within 48 hours after the submission on Norton Safe Web website.
However, when I submit with my email address input I get t6his response:
" We’re Sorry…
We are unable to process your request. You could try one of the links from the menu above, or you can visit our home page ."
You need to find a way to submit this and get a couple of site reviews submitted I suspect. Not sure how. It may be that the submitting email has to have a matching domain like xxyyzz@roseaudio.kr
Here is Norton’s webpage for Site Owners to get a site evaluated and removed from the unsafe list:
https://safeweb.norton.com/help/site_owners
The reviews are examples of other sites’ reviews.
The warning that comes up now is that the programme is too big to be scanned for viruses ( it is a huge programme!), but that can be bypassed in privacy/security settings on IOS
