Artists names which are the same in name but with capital letters or with lower case letters are counted as two different artists names.
Example is;
Daniele di Bonaventura
Daniele Di Bonaventura
We can’t do anything about that part.
When classifying artists, we really do classify them using the same words.
I think it is important to treat such names as one otherwise the search results and grouping of artists are wrong or confusing. No?
I understand that with Windows lower and upper case become one entry.
With Android/Linux it becomes 2 entries because it differentiates lower and upper case letters.
A search with “daniele di” gets me 4 different groups of search results. The first 2 groups are different only because of lower and upper case. I think that they should be grouped together for latin languages.
