Currently, it seems that your Wi-Fi network environment is not good as the radio does not play. How is your wifi strength? Are there any walls or obstacles between your Wi-Fi router and your Rose device?
I have one more question.
How many Rose OS is displayed in Rose device–>Settings–>System Info–>System Version Information (View Details)?
