How do I go to device manager for local playback?! I need to register tablet but it won’t let me . This is my first day own rs130!

Please take a look at RS130 display.

RS130 > Settings > Device Management > Tap ‘Register’ button next to your RS130 image.

Once it’s completed, scroll down the RS130 display - you will see your Tab S8 Ultra. Tap ‘Register’ button next to it.
