Digital and analog outputs playing simultaneously on RS250

Hello,

just wondering if there is a way to choose both Digital (for example USB) and Analog outputs at the same time on RS250. When I select USB output, analog output is deactivated and the other way around.

The scenario for that is: I would send the digital signal to the external DAC with the EQ (high-pass filter) and the analog signal to the subwoofer (with a low pass filter).

I’m asking, because when I had Lumin T1, this was possible. Is it a matter of SW or HW limitation?

Hello,

It’s not impossible because of a hardware problem.
However, there are many cases where simultaneous digital/analog output such as MQA full decoding, DSD, and PCM is not possible. After solving the policy part, we will consider updating the simultaneous output.
