I’d suggest removing your email address (spam) but it’s certainly worrying re: support.
I don’t realy get it. Who are you. You have the [robert.r.carlsson] email adress for both myearwood173 and Bedroc. It also says that you are from Sweden. Why don’t you contact the Swedish distributor if you have problems with your 150.
I’m in the UK my distributor in the U.K. told me to post my problems on this forum as the Rose Hifi guys team would help me.
As I’ve said in my previous post I’ve emailed two different people from the Rose team and no reply this is very frustrating.

My problems are:
When connected a RSA780 and a LITEON usb disc drive.
When I skip the tracks it is not a nice smooth to another track also when I stop press the stop on the Rose RS150B it stops a few seconds after it will play again for a few more seconds then finally stop.
I have tried both cd disc drives in my computer and laptop they are fine no problems.
Can It be my Rose RS150B at fault or the software on the Rose RS150B?
Adding a user station to the dab radio (I’m not the only one having issues)
Playing files directly from my server to the Rose RS150B without having to add it to the Rose RS150B database.
The Rose RS150B is a very good streamer and has got a lot going for it, but just having a bit of problems. Rose don’t take this thread personally but a bit of support would be most appreciated.

I’ll ask @ROSELOA @rosecaptain to jump in here, I know they are very busy and should be keeping an eye on the forum, but unfortunately things can occasionally get missed. They are questions that need to be answered by Rose themselves. Unfortunately we can’t proffer any answers to 2 and 3 as they are roadmap decisions. Which exact model of Lite-On Optical Drive are you using, and is this fault actually causing it not to work, or is it just an annoyance ? And are you saying you have two optical drives connected at the same time ? Or is the Lite-On drive a USB Hard Drive.

Thanks for getting back to me. I brought the Rose RS150B and the RSA780 been having issues from day one Elite Audio and Henley audio knows of the issue I’m having.
The issue is: When I skip the tracks it is not a nice smooth to another track (sounds awful) also when I stop press the stop on the Rose RS150B it stops then a few seconds after it will play again for a few more seconds then finally stops.
So I tested the RSA780 in my laptop and my computer as I thought I had a faulty CD player but it’s not. I borrowed a LITE-ON eBAU108 external CD drive then tried that on the Rose RS150B and the same thing happens.
When I had the drives connected I only had 1 drive connected to the RS150B at a time not 2 plugged in at the same time.

Looking for those radio stations but it takes time on few channels…
Such as the ukrootsfm.com, LOVERSROCK.
Also, some channels are already in ROSE Radio.
I just added those channels that I could find first.
About the CD issue, the development team is checking the issue but it takes time as we couldn’t reproduce the error.
If you don’t mind, can you take a video of the issue?
You can also return the CD Drive to the dealer where you purchased it, who will send it back to us, then we can compare it side by side with a new drive to see if there is a fault with it.

Regarding to CD Playing, we checked this problem. Both of them seems SW issues.
Regarding CD playback, we plan to improve the overall performance. Please wait even if it is inconvenient. We will do our best to finish ASAP.

It appears Ross in our technical team was able to also reproduce the symptoms, I didn’t realise you were also in contact with him.
All we can do is wait for Sean’s team to do their thing and roll out a fix !
