Dolby Atmos working/notworking

My Rose 150B have a problem playing certain tracks. For example, when playing the album Sibelius Symphony no 2 and King Christian II with Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and Santtu-Matias Rouvali from Alpha classics in Tidal the text “Dolby Atmos not supported” comes up on the display when pressing play.
What happens then? The music starts playing from track one and two but track three will not play and then Rose plays track four to seven and then stops, not playing track 8 and 9.
To my knowledge all the tracks are Dolby Atmos.

Similar problems with the album Sibelius Symphony o 3 and 5 with the same artists and the same label. This one skips track 1 and plays track 2 and then play track 4 Pohjola´s daughter and then stops, track 5 to 7 will not play.

Why is it like this ??

It is hard to figure out whether it is Dolby Atmos source or not.
However, when playing a Dolby Atmos sound source, it cannot be played because Dolby Atmos is not supported.

It is a massive inconvenience not to be able to play the albums or tracks you want to in Tidal. There must be a solution to this. My Samsung Tab can play the whole album and my 200 USD Samsung phone also. So if a 4.000 USD streamer not can handle Dolby Atmos that is a serious problem that you must find a solution for.

I totally understand your disappointment, in fact this is the same reason I hesitate in getting the latest RS250a and RS520 as even the flagships don’t support Dolby Atmos.

As more and more streaming service provide Dolby Atmos content, I really hope HiFi Rose will add Dolby Atmos decoder into their 2023 units.

Hi, I don’t want the Rose to output Dolby Atmos multichannel, just a stereo signal.
