Downsampling on RS130

Hi

I have an RS130 connected via SPDIF to a DAC that only supports sampling rates up to 9600 bps. A lot of content on Qobuz is now at 19200 bps. How do I set the In/Out options to downsample this to 9600, but pass through everything lower? I think I’ve tried most of the options without success, but there’s almost certainly something I’ve missed.

Answering my own question, I was looking in the wrong place.

Qobuz > My Qobuz > Setting > Streaming
