Dual USB-A head cable connect to external DAC issues

After the newest Ver 4.0+ update, my RS150 cannot detect the external DAC upon the DAC select the USB input. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello,

  1. Are other devices connected to another USB-A head?
  2. If it is connected, disconnect it. When disconnected, does RS150 recognize your DAC?
  3. If you use a different USB cable, is RS150 connected to your DAC normally?

  1. Yes, a USB thumb drive.
  2. Yes, resolved.
  3. Single USB-A head is fine.
