Will a normal hdmi signal into the earc transfer hrez stereo? Or, does this have to come from an earc device. I want to plug my roku directly into the rose (optical is limited to 16 bit and I have no earc display device).
Also, any word on the meter fix with roon?

A: It has to come from eARC device.
Q: Any word on the meter fix with roon?
A: We are preparing for VU meter support in Roon Ready mode. We are considering a function that allows the screen to be fixed on the watch face regardless of the device’s operation. We will try to develop this function as soon as possible.
It looks like you are using RS150. RS150 does not support eARC function. When connecting via RS150 from an eARC device, it operates as ARC.

So, i’m assuming all roon functionality of the cover art (with lyrics, artist info) show up on the display on the unit (as well as the hdmi out), correct?

Only album cover, title, artist and duration time are displayed on HDMI (TV monitor).
Lyrics are not displayed separately on HDMI (TV monitor).
