Additionally, please help us check the following:
- Are your phone and Rose device connected to the same IP network?
Go to:
Rose device → Settings → System Info → Check the IP Address shown.
The IP address of the Rose device and the Wi-Fi IP address connected to your phone must match in the first two sections (up to the first two numbers separated by dots).
Example) Correct
Rose device IP Address: 192.168.4.44
Phone IP Address: 192.168.4.33
Example) Incorrect
Rose device IP Address: 192.168.4.44
Phone IP Address: 192.168.6.33
- If possible, please provide a photo or video showing the issue when your Rose device fails to connect to the ROSE ONE app.
