Hi
I’ve currently ripped around 600 CDs from a 780 disc drive on to a Samsung SSD fitted to my Rose 201E.
I’m generally very pleased with the performance, despite the occasional incorrect details given for a CD.
However, on occasion, I’ve made a mistake when ripping a CD, in terms of artwork or misspelling a track title when manually inputting correct information.
There appears to be no means of deleting any mistakes made on the SSD. Which means I’m stuck with my mistakes, which drives me mad!
Is this likely to be addressed in the near future, as it is the only annoyance with an otherwise excellent product.
You may try editing your files via: \<IP of your rose 201E>\rosedisk\Music
Hi Tom
Thanks for your reply. I’m a total novice at all this, so could you tell me how to access the address you’ve kindly provided for me. Do I input that directly on the 201, if so, how, or do I need a computer?
Cheers
David
Yes, you’ll need a computer and find out the IP address of your 201.
Then enter the “<IP of your rose 201E>\rosedisk\Music” in your “File Explorer” to access your files.
Thank you Tom. Much appreciated.
