Emulate Innuos on user input

I would hope that HiFi Rose will listen to its user base and select improvements based on their input. Take a page from its competitor Innuos. This is what HiFi Pig Lin and Stu’s visit to their factory discovered Innuos’ owners to say about their user base:

“They even have a Feedback Zone, where suggestions from customers are collected and acted on. It’s not just a token suggestion box; it’s treated as a genuine part of their development process, with ideas carefully considered and, when they prove useful, turned into real improvements in their products.”

Seems like a good idea.

I think they are starting to do that.

This is where having strong distributors can help.

If Rose wanted to make a push into US/CA then the could work w MOFI and ROSE USA to lead initiatives.

Globally, a partnership w Mon Acoustic would be killer.

MoFi is a very big operation, and HiFi Rose is small potatos to them. HiFi Rose is not big enough to get their attention. MoFi charges a bomb and does very little for it. HiFi Rose would be far better off with a more responsive distributor.
