I don’t have enough information to answer your question yet.
Please provide more details about what exactly is not working and how the issue occurs.
Currently, the EQ function is supported only on the RS520, RS250, and RS201 models.
The EQ function can be used when playing local music files, Tidal, Qobuz, Bugs, Apple Music, and Radio.
Support for additional sources such as video playback, Bluetooth, AirPlay, and CD playback is planned for a future update.
(When using Roon Ready mode, please use Roon’s Parametric EQ instead.)
Please note that the EQ function is applied only when using Analog and Optical outputs.
It is not applied when using HDMI or USB DAC outputs.
In addition, the EQ function is not applied when playing DSD files in Native DSD or DoP mode.
To apply EQ to DSD files, please set the playback mode to DSD to PCM.
