I received and unboxed my unit yesterday, and it will not work. My disappointment and frustration are immeasurable.
My RS150B will not complete the XMOS firmware update from 3145 to 3147. The update downloads and begins installing, but eventually fails with ERROR_BUSY.
I have now performed six factory resets, including switching to the Early Access release and then back to the Official release. After every reset, the unit attempts the XMOS update again and fails the same way.
At this point the RS150B also will not play any media from Apple Music, Qobuz, Rose services, or music stored on the unit.
Has anyone seen this before, or does anyone from HiFi Rose know of a way to manually reinstall/update the XMOS firmware?
