External ssd Samsung T7 on RS250A does not work on usb 3.0

I tried various formats, NTFS and extFAT. None resulted in success
The SSD is a Samsung T7 1 TB.
I can’t find anything in my RS250A in Music/Folder.
Am I doing something wrong?
Also on my RS520, the SSD is not recognized.

I finished it.
I formatted the SSD with Windows Fat and took a new USB cable. The other formats have not been successful.
Now it works
