How do I reset RS201 with all Chinese language? I don’t understand. I want to reset go back to English. Please help. Thanks!

Please check a few things.
- Does the connection not work the same way when you connect a different Ethernet cable?
- If you connect the Ethernet cable to a streamer or PC other than RS201, will the Internet connection work properly?
- Does the same symptom appear even if you factory reset your RS201?
RS201–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset - Even if you disconnect and reconnect the power cable connected to your Rose device and press the power button, do you not have light blinking and no response on the display?
If the same symptom appears even after trying the above, contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the Rose device and request repair.
