Failed connect to Rose Server

To whom it may concern,
My RS150B screen up message of failed connect to Rose server. I am using cat 8 lan cable connect the RS150B to switch directly. And the switch use cat 8 lan cable connect to Orbit RS850 tri-bands router.

My PC can connect to internet via lan cable plug into switch box. And my mobile can use Wi-Fi to watch streaming movie too. My home internet network is normal.

Please give me the solution to solve this problem.

Please check a few things.

  1. When did ethernet stop working properly? Did it happen suddenly yesterday?
  2. When you connect the ethernet cable to other devices such as PC, does it work well?
  3. Is your RS150b’s Wi-Fi disabled and Ethernet enabled?
    Please check if RS150b–>Settings–>Ethernet is activated.
  4. Try turning the RS150b power off and on again, or performing a factory reset.
    RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
