Favorite Radio Stations gone after last Update Rose One

After last Rose One Update my list of Favorites in Option Radio is gone. Rose Radio favorites are still there.
Any smart solution?

We would like to ask a few questions:

  1. Which of the three radio apps are you referring to? ROSE RADIO, RADIO, or ROSEFM?
  2. Normally, favorite radio channels are saved to your Rose account and should remain in the Rose One app. Are your saved favorite channels not visible?

  1. Problem only in Radio-App.

  2. Message ‚Favorites-Radio is empty‘

About 25 stations gone.
Not a too big issue, to be assured in next updates.

Favorite radio channels saved in the ROSERADIO app are stored in your Rose account, while those saved in the RADIO app are stored locally on the Rose device and will be deleted after a factory reset. However, they are not removed during updates.

Have you ever performed a factory reset on your Rose device?

If you can recall the approximately 25 radio channels, the quickest solution would be to add them again to your favorites.
We also recommend using the ROSERADIO app.
