4.7 firmware was doing weird actions going back and forth and not continually downloading. So I cancelled it 2 or 3 different times.
I didn’t turn the power off.
Now my RS250a has an n by the settings.
I press and it shows an update under system version information.
I touch the update circle box and it spins briefly and then stops, no downloading at all.
Help is appreciated

I unplugged my device for a minute or so, plugged it back in, device optimized and was able to download the update flawlessly!
After this, the end part was optimized again and viola…I have secured the latest update.
