Hi Roseloa,
When i run 4k movies with the rose rs 150 b it seems like it difficult to upload the movie and when it runs the screen is Flickering.
Why ? The rs 150 b is built for 4k movie…
Can you please tell me what to do
Also i will be glad to have an answer how to correct the problem with the subtitles ( don’t have subtitles in Hebrew)

Since we do not support every video codec, we will check if you can send me the file.

Sorry it not possible the file is huge and i can’t send it.
Kindly try to run 4k 2160p movie file and you Will probably see the problem.
Is there option to install k-lite codec pack ?
It really disappointed that alldo the highly price i paid for it i can’t get:
1.Radio station in Israel
2.can’t ran 4k movie without flickering screen and the movie will stop and start will it runs.
3.no subtitles in Hebrew
That’s the failure i got after only few days of use…
Please let my options of something useful to solve the problems…

Had similar issue as mentioned, thought it was a faulty hdmi lead from rose to tv.
Anyhow I changed the screen format from wideI think to a smaller image that fitted into the tv screen from the small box tab on the rose itself . I was streaming from iMac to rose rs 250

It’s the small white box , on the left on the rose when playing video. This is also found on the app aswell- might solve your problem- may not .Hope it does.

What format is the 4k film encoded in? mkv ? x264, x265? Remember that not all films have subtitles in all languages in bedded.
Did you make the 4k file yourself or is it a pirate rip?
Are you streaming across a network / nas or a hdd connected directly to the rs150b?
You can add your own radio stations if you have the url.
