For some time now, when I wake up my RS130 from standby, no sound is coming from my RS130 to my RD160.
This happens about one in five times.
I discovered that by going to the In/Out menu, clicking successively on I2S Mode B and then back on I2S Mode A, the sound returns.
Before, other solution ; I would put the RS130 into standby and turn it back on.
What’s going on?

Does the RS130 have an option to keep the USB ports active while you go into standby?
I know this may seem weird, but if the USB ports and the I2S port are on the same PCB board it may solve the issue… but I could be wrong.

I also have a USB drive connected to the RS130.
What do you think I should do?
Well my idea is that if you keep the usb drives powered on while in standby, then the board would be getting power and will recognize the RD160.
Its just a guess, that doesn’t hurt anything to try.
