I would like to express my sincere apologies regarding the recent Rose account login issue. For those who are unable to log in to their Rose accounts, please check the following information.
This notice is for Android phone users.
1. Check if you’re using test version of RoseConnect Premium APP.
Android Phone > Rose APP > Settings > ROSE Version Info
If you see something different from the photo, please remove the ROSE APP and install again.

2. If you still cannot login ROSE account even after re-install, please message me your ROSE ID.
(Rose streamer > Settings > System Info > ROSE ID)
