Freeze/Rebuffering events

Using Qobuz with RS 250 sometimes listening stops at the first 13-14 seconds of the song. It restarts automatically when a new buffer has been loaded

does anyone have the same problem?

I would like you to answer few questions.

  1. Does it appear from all songs? If it appears from specific song, please tell ne the song information.

  2. Does this happen only from Qobuz? Do other music streaming apps work normally?

  3. What model are you using when operating on Rose Connect?

Since you have no other reports on similar cases, I begin to suspect that it is my router that is having problems. Today I performed a shutdown and restart of the modem/router and at the moment the problem did not arise. Let’s see if it happens again.

I was noticing that listening to the Qobuz app loaded on the smartphone and tablet I don’t notice the blocking phenomena (same home network).
When playing a song I also see that a larger buffer is displayed (light yellow bar) than what is displayed on the rose. Is it possible to increase the buffer on the Rose?
