Frustrated by inconsistent Rose handheld remote navigation

@ROSEHAN
In December your word was, there will be a IR remote control

I have no problem to pay for this, if it works. But can you explain how can this work without a IR Sensor at the 150B?

Greetings

@Schwarz

The recently released remote control is a remote control that can be Bluetooth or IR.
IR can be used by connecting the IR receiver to the USB port on the rear of RS150b.

Thank you

Just learned from a Rose US distributor that the IR remote will only work with the RS520 streaming amp, (not the standalone streamers, i.e. RS150 and RS150B).

HiFI Rose can you confirm?
@ROSELOA @ROSEHAN

thanks

Hello,

Basically, Rose remote control can operate both via Bluetooth and IR. (The RA180 amp remote is an exception)
The point is about the streamers. The RS520 has a port that allows for the connection of an IR receiver, however, the other models do not have a port to connect an IR receiver. Therefore, only the RS520 can use the remote control via the IR method by connecting an IR receiver.

@ROSEHAN

So you was here wrong?

@Schwarz

As a result of checking, the USB IR receiver is currently being produced for testing in Korea and has not yet been exported to other countries. Currently, only RS520 can be operated with an IR remote control.

Thank you

Hello again,

How is testing going with the IR remote? Any idea when it will be available to US market/customers?

thanks
