I’m just setting up the 150B streamer. I’ve carefully followed the prompts on the unit’s screen, including entering my email address and password. But when setup is complete, those credentials don’t work. When I enter them on either the screen or the app, it tells me “Member not found”. Plus, this thing about the nickname and checking for a duplicate is baffling. Why is a nickname so important here? Please, does anyone have a link to a foolproof way of becoming a member and accessing all the features on the Rose? Thanks.
