Had to Factory Reset Rose RS520

Was unable to get my prior username (email address) and password to work so I could use RoseYoutube on the RS520 so had to use my ConnectRose App. to create an account which I did, but never received a confirmation email

If you cannot log in to your Rose account, please send your Rose account to the email address below.
