Have to Delete the App each time I use mr RS250

Not sure if its the remote, or the streamer , but in order to stream, I have to delete my HiFi Rose application and download again, before the remote (apple iPad Pro) can be used as the remote. The HiFi rose icon shows up, but nothing loads. Sometime the generic icon without album cover will show with the title of the song, but the song never starts. Any suggestions?

Here are a few things to check:

  1. Are your RS250 and RoseConnect app installed with the same version?

If your RS250 is version 5.7 (Official), you should use the RoseConnectPremium app.
If your RS250 is version 5.8 (Early Access), you should use the RoseConnectEA app.

  1. Are both your RS250 and the device using the RoseConnect app connected to the same network?

  2. Does the same symptom occur when you install the RoseConnect app on a device other than your iPad Pro?
