I will get the information for the first two, I am not near the device currently - the IP would be a local LAN address, the unit is hardwire ethernet into a home network.
Yes, I have tried all 4 HDMI inputs on the TV, and have also used a professional TV Logic Broadcast Monitor with HDMI diagnostics onboard - it received no signal. I also tested with a second consumer TV monitor, with the same result. I also tried 5 separate HDMI cables which I verified were working on other devices, and working on all 4 inputs of this monitor - I fed signal from a laptop and different external media player to each TV input and this all works fine.
Regardless of cabling, what would prevent me from being able to change the HDMI output format/resolution? Do the two error messages I referenced in my original post lead to specific troubleshooting steps, I would imagine you have seen them before? Would the assigned dynamic IP Address on a local subnet be related?

Within RoseTube “The HDMI Function is not ready for use” when attempting to use the TV Slider in the upper right of the RoseTube Video player
-
Within Settings, HDMI Display Resolution “HDMI Resolution Change Failed” - cannot switch from the lowest resolution, which is what is selected by default.
Same results after Factory Reset - when I am near the unit again I can gather the Rose ID and last octet of the IP address. It will be 192.168.10.xxx, I just cannot remember what it was assigned.
Thanks in advance for the replies!
