HDMI Resolution change failed

My RS 130 will not change resolution from the lowest resolution listed. when I select a higher resolution the device responds “HDMI Resolution Change Failed.”
This first occurred after the latest software upgrade.

I’ve restarted, unplugged and done everything but wipe everything out with a factory reset.
Any suggestions?

This issue also appears on our side, but not always. We will check the symptoms in detail and fix them as soon as possible.

Lastly, please confirm two things.

  1. Please tell us the model name of your Sony 4k Laser Projector.
  2. Check if the same symptom occurs even if you change the HDMI cable connected to RS130 to another cable.

It is now fixed.
The projector is:
Sony VPL-XW5000ES 4K HDR Laser Home Theater Projector with Native 4K SXRD Panel, Black
Yes, it occurred with a separate cable.
