Hello, I need assistance with my RS130

RS130(0D308D)、Current version: 5.9.09

When using the built-in Qobuz player, it keeps loading and then skips to the next track, making it completely unplayable.

Additionally, I tried updating to the beta version, but I keep getting the “ERR_CONNECT_TIMEOUT” error.

Please help us confirm a few things:

  1. Are you currently experiencing the “ERR_CONNECT_TIMEOUT” error on RS130 version 5.9.09?
    Or did the “ERR_CONNECT_TIMEOUT” message appear after updating to the beta version due to issues with Qobuz playback?
  2. On your RS130, please go to the Rose Store, delete the Qobuz app, and then reinstall it.
  3. If you are currently logged into the Qobuz app on your RS130, please log out and then log back in again.
