Help! I just installed the new update and now RS 150b doesn't produce sound

I just updated the operating system and now I get no audio output from RS150b.

How do I undo the update and get this thing working again??

I have found that the optical output will produce sound through my Macintosh C47 preamp, but the XLR connections do not.

Also, when I attempt to use Rose Radio, I am prompted to log in with an email address and password, which was never requested before. I don’t have any account with Rose Radio, and now I can’t use it.

I am very disappointed that I need to go through this crap. You need to do better.

You can’t undo it. Go to system settings and enable the output on the screen so it lights green XLR. And use RoseHiFi because this new One app sucks.

I called Crutchfield tech support (I purchased the RS150b from them) and was able to learn that the pre out level setting was set to “off.” When I changed it to “on” I got sound again from my XLR output.

I still have the issue with Rose Radio, which I cannot use because that app is demanding that I log in to an account that I never set up.

This is very aggravating having to waste my time trying to get back the usability that disappeared when I updated the software.
