I am finding it impossible to use my RS150 due to constant cutting in and out of music after a matter
of a few seconds.
Despite on and off, reboot, server reset etc.
The dealer I purchsed fom is 2 hours away , do I need to return it for repair ?
Please confirm a few things.
- Does the same symptom occur after factory resetting your RS150?
RS150–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset - Does the same symptom occur when you play any audio or video?
- How are you connecting your RS150 to your device?
Have rebooted several times but not factory reset
Only play audio
Connected by wifi and hardwired - same result
Factory reset done, no improvement
I have additional questions.
- Does this happen to all audio sources when you play them?
- Does this happen to high-quality audio sources like Flac?
- What streaming app did you use when the playback was interrupted?
- When you look at the playback screen of the audio source, is there enough buffer space in the playback bar?
- Does the audio automatically pause when it is interrupted? Or does it play but the sound disappears for a few seconds in the middle?
Using only Tidal as recommended by my retailer. For reference Daft punk platyed fine last evening but
Fleetwood mac would not. The play back bar is slightly ahead of the music . I will watch this more closely
on problem tracks
