I just purchased an open box from a dealer and when I got it in the screen isn’t working. I hear it click in when I put power to it but it doesn’t boot. I held the power button a few times but still nothing. Any thoughts?

Another hardware failure, these are starting to become more and more prevalent.

Good morning. Yes, seems like several people had this issue. I send the unit back on my dime. Hoping that the next unit doesn’t have this issue.
