A 250A hooked up wirelessly will show Rose Tube Videos in the search, but says “temporary error” when playback is tried. This is true both on the front panel and the app. The 250A has been rebooted and the app un-installed and re-installed. The Rose Tube app is the latest version.

- What is the software version number of your RS250a?
RS250a–>Settings–>System info–>System version info–>View detail–>Rose OS - Do you play other music streaming apps such as radio or Tidal normally in addition to RoseTube?
- When you enter RoseTube on your RS250a, does the video list appear?
- Do you play RoseTube videos when you connect to Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet to your RS250a?
