HIFI Rose Connect

Hi there,

I was using the Rose Connect app on my RS150 when it stopped working. Now it can’t even find the IP address. Is the app down? How can this be fixed?

  1. What’s the error message you see in RS150B? (Or Rose APP)
    It would be better if you can take a photo.

  2. What’s the IP address of RS150B?
    (RS150B > Settings > SystemInfo > IP Address)

  3. What’s the IP address of your iPhone?
    iPhone IP address

  4. Can you play Rosetube, Rose Radio, Tidal, Qobuz… streaming services that requires network?

  5. Do you use Ethernet for RS150B? Or WI-FI?
