This is recurrent problem, my HIFI Rose loses connection with the server, WiFi is connected but I am unable to play any music. In the past I was able to restore connection doing factory reset but it is not working. I sent emails to the company but so far no results. I am very frustrated as I have spent a lot of money Ian unable to reach customer service. Need help!
I am in the same situation. I have sent emails to the addresses listed on the website but no reply?!
What I do see on my HiFi ROSE 150B is:
“ROSE Server Connection failed”
This always appears now especially after the last Firmware update. I also often see this:
“This is not playing status.”
I have no issues with my internet connection via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. My laptop and phone have internet connections. My HiFi Rose 150B also recognizes my Connection Type (DHCP), IP Address, Gateway, etc. So the issue clearly is connecting to the ROSE Server. Very Frustrating!
