I have problem to connect to HIFI Rose server after updating to the new EA confirm, I rolled it back to the official version 4.19 with the same issue. It keeps saying that user information is incorrect. I tried to sign up again but it says my email is already used… please assist asap and I cannot use Rosetube because of that.

- Is it correct that you performed Rose device–>Settings–>User account–>sign up?
