HifiRose app going back to Home Screen!

When I use the HifiRose app on my phone or iPad and look up music to play it works well but when I pick my phone back up after a few minutes to select music, it reverts back to the Home Screen instead of the previous screen. This makes no sense to me. It should go back to the screen I was using before. If I select an album to play and put my phone down for a while, I want to pick up my phone and be right back where I was, not a Home Screen with a bunch of music that I have no interest in.

I often think that the people at HifiRose don’t use their own products on the daily like I do. Am I missing something? It didn’t used to be like this.

This problem is difficult to fix. For example, when your RoseConnect app and Rose device are connected, a signal indicating that they are connecting is transmitted to each other. However, when the phone is turned off, the connecting signal stops. Then, when you turn the phone back on, it goes to the initial screen.

Please check a few things.

  1. When your phone is in standby mode, how soon does it go to the initial screen when you turn it on?
  2. The time to go to the initial screen is not something we can configure. The time to go to the initial screen varies depending on the network signal and network environment.
