Product design and appearance



The features of the new product are as follows.

Linear power circuit design applied

-The linear power supply supplies power to the CPU and audio output circuits cleanly and reliably.

Fully linear power supply and shielding are applied, and noise that may be transmitted to sensitive DACs is blocked for the best possible sound reproduction.

DAC

-RS250 with built-in ES9038Q2M of ESS provides low noise, low distortion high resolution sound and analog density through proprietary processing that supports PCM 32bit/768KHz and Native DSD512 (22.5792Mhz).

8.8 inch wide touch screen​

-Provides an intuitive and convenient interface through the viewing angle IPS Multi Touch panel.

The front display can play album art and music videos.

Convenient volume control is possible by adopting a rotating volume knob.

Hi-Res certification

HiFiROSE is officially certified as “High-Resolution Audio” licensed by the Japan Audio Society (JAS).

MQA Full Decoder

-MQA is a technology that enables seamless streaming of original master sound at low volume. Among them, it supports the highest MQA Full Decoder function, so you can play Studio Master Quality sound sources.

Streaming music service

-Tidal, Qobuz, Bugs, RoseTube, Internet Radio, Podcast are provided in-app on RoseConnect (remote app), and Spotify Connect, Airplay, Bluetooth A2DP, DLNA, and RoonReady functions are also supported. (In-app service will be continuously upgraded.)

Ultra HD 4K video

-Local or RoseTube video files can be viewed in Ultra HD 4K quality on a large display via HDMI connection. Now, feel the vivid impression of the Opera House at home.

CD playback, CD ripping

-You can play and rip CD sound sources by connecting an external CD drive via USB. Sound source can be extracted to CD as WAV or FLAC and saved to SSD or USB.

If we put aside inputs and outputs, what is the main difference between 150B and RS250 analogue-wise.
