I have gone to the proper settings and turned the digital volume “Off” but the output volume control is still active on the remote. How do I resolve this (see below)?

Menu Option - Pre-Out Level Settings

This is the menu to fix the pre-output level. The output level of this product can be fixed with the input value within the allowable range of the connected AMP without using the volume control of this product.

But open inputs, click on the analog output and its disabled

If it’s disabled as you say why do the volume buttons keep working? It is supposed to be fixed

If the pre-out level setting is turned ON, the volume control on the ROSE device is fixed.
